YOU MUST FIGHT OFFENSIVELY.AND....YOUR ATTACKS AGAINST THE ENEMY MUST BE SO STRONG AND HORRIBLE THAT THEY WILL DETER THE ENEMY FROM CONTINUING ITS WAR AGAINST YOU.

The loses of the enemy must be unacceptable to the enemy. The sooner their losses get to that level the sooner the war will be won.
