What the Hell is wrong with you? You and your fellow Cruzlims 'appreciate' Ted Cruz for doing all that he can to sabotage the Trump campaign? For failing to keep his WORD to support the nominee, no matter who it was? Do you appreciate (being a Texan) the fact that Cruz LIED to you and all Texans in 2012, a lie of omission, by failing to mention as he was running for his Senate seat that he was STILL a Canadian citizen?!? He only mentioned it after he was about to be exposed about his deceptive behavior. Take a hint from our Esteemed Founder, who said this not too long ago:
IMHO, anti-Trumpers can get lost. Were beyond rehashing the Cruz failure. If the sore losers cant get past it, theyre absolutely no good for the cause. A vote for anyone but Trump is a betrayal to America and to every principle we hold dear. If Hillary is elected, were done for generations. The liberal activist judges she appoints will be with us for a very long time and will kill off whats left of our Constitution. If you cant see that or refuse to see it, youre an idiot. Has nothing whatsoever to do with Cruz. Forget Cruz. Hes no longer a factor in this race other than negative. If he doesnt endorse Trump hell deserve all the grief we can give him.

As for you, ya precious little snowflake, you need to get your mind right, or move on to Colorado and look up Kendal Unruh, I'll bet you two gals would get along real good.
And if you can find our resident zotted nutcase 'libbylu', by all means take her with you.
The SS Cruz is just about to head to the bottom, better take a pic while you still can:

And that is your choice and option Cruz has. The process continues and Cruz chose to
get off the wagon. What will happen with him down the road is anyone’s guess at this
stage. He may can reposture himself to the voters in Texas for 2018, we’ll see. Look
up Cruz’s work history. It hasn’t been a historical part of his work history to hang
around but a few years in a job before moving on to something else. First it will be
his choice and then the voters of Texas will speak. We’ll see.

At that point, he was the GOPe. He wasn’t being bullied. He was sucking up to the elites.

No one is “bullying” Ted. TRUMP gave him a slot in
primetime to give his speech. - If a person PLEDGES to
endorse the winner, they keep their word. Cruz did not.
No excuses.
I voted for Cruz in our primary. Now I’m sorry I did. I
was raised that you keep your word; even if it is to your
hurt. - I do not intend to vote for Cruz for anything again.
Anybody else can do as they wish.
Cruz can make a living for his family lawyering - a good
living. I’m done.

I appreciate his refusal to be bullied by the GOP. I was a Cruz guy until deep in the process. So I feel I can ask: Were you so against the RNC, Cruz and 16 other guys browbeating Trump into signing a pledge to support the nominee?
And I like how it's bullying to expect someone to honor their word. Well we learned that Ted doesn't when it suits him. Smacks of "hey, that was supposed to be a trap for HIM, not ME!"
To: buffyt
No, he wasn’t bullied. He reneged on his promise to support when he signed the pledge. He was invited to speak at the Convention, speakers are traditionally there to support publicly the nominee. His career is ruined, he will be remembered as a liar. At the beginning I was in his camp, I bought the carefully orchestrated persona...soon my eyes opened to the reality of his character. GO TRUMP!

And I still say he has done nothing but talk. It’s not hard to criticize people when you run no risk.
Any man who would allow himself to be cowed by Mitch McConnell should be sold into a brothel.

It is not a matter of anyone being bullied.
Let's make this simple for some people to understand:
Ted Cruz swore a pledge... an oath, to support the Republican nominee.
Donald Trump was elected the Republican nominee.
Ted Cruz has REFUSED to honor that sworn pledge to support Donald Trump, the elected Republican nominee.
Therefore, Ted Cruz has shown that he is not a man of his word and cannot be trusted.
This is why millions of American voters view Ted Cruz unfavorably.

You’re talking about the fortitude, honor, and trustworthiness Ted Cruz has displayed in refusing to honor his pledge to support the winning candidate, correct?

I checked twice and could not find A SINGLE RESPONSE FROM YOU.
I do think if you are going to throw out blurbs like the above, at this point, when our nominee is selected (and go against JR), you do need to at least RESPOND to the 30 people that you angered.
If you insist on staying silent, perhaps it’s time to find a forum more to your liking (like National Review).
