Nope, it’s true. He was smiling very inappropriately, with his mouth too far open. Since he seems to be able to make speeches, my guess is Parkinson’s.

I have somehow avoided listening to MOOCHelle speak over the past 7.5 years. She is NOT a very good speaker at all. Very monotone, and she rushed through the speech. Awful.
I think they're using an applause track... Either that or the GOP convention audience audio was toned down.
GRR... I so wish the GOP could've had our convention before this one.
