I think all these leaks are coming from the DNC, FBI and some from who ever is hacking into the system...
Hillary is trying to connect Trump to this, but he has nothing to do with it...the more she can blame someone else, the more heat is taken off her...this of course will not work, because if Trump was going to release anything he would have done it along time ago...
Putin has no reason to leak them, he would use them just in case, which is very doubtful, against Hillary if she might win...
So that is my thinking of where these leaks are coming from...
That’s right...If Putin had the e-mails and damning evidence against Hillary, he would not try to help her lose...
he would want her to win so he could blackmail her with the information...
The DNC is scrambling to throw this off on Russia...They actually know better....
It could be a Russian disinformation project. Clinton would be better for the Russians than Trump. So act like you’re supporting Trump which plays on the ignorance of most Americans who would view Russian activities on behalf of Trump as bad news.
The actual goal of the Russians would be to slow or stop America from gaining nergy independence.

I can see why Putin would release such data, but he threatened (as I recall) to release them as such. I don’t see why he would use a third party conduit for the release.
One of the problems with figuring out who released this, is to define the number of people who are enemies of the Clintons, for both personal and policy reasons. That number is probably quite staggering, and some of great influence and resources. According to Guccifer, at least ten other entities hacked her effectively undefended emails.

It wouldn’t surprise me if someone in the DNC who works in IT is a Trump fan or has conservative leanings...or heck is even a Saners supporter and after hearing that the russians hacked in decided he might capitalize on that fact and release a few emails.

Not necessarily. Trump knows people, connections and has acces to information that we cannot imagine.
Furthermore, Trump is a strategist and patient. Trump plays 3-D chess when most others are playing checkers.
