I don’t see why her team would announce these emails were made available courtesy of Russia if they weren’t. Maybe the logic is that if Putin doesn’t release anything from Hillary’s account than that wasn’t compromised ?
Why? I'm sure leaving your servers unsecured without intent isn't prosecutable. The hackers just happened upon the servers. No intent. Right Loretta? Right James?

Since FBI Director Comey took it upon himself to opine on whether or not Crooked Hillary should be indicted for her crimes.

A statement from the FBI confirmed that it is “investigating a cyber intrusion involving the DNC,” adding that “a compromise of this nature is something we take very seriously.”
Just one more example of the elites throwing it in our faces.
“It wasn’t intended”. “What difference does it make?”.
Hitlery, obama, comey, and lynch set the precedent. Nobody can be held accountable for leaking, stealing, and making public any and all e-mails. Once you hit the “send” button, your email is up for grabs by anyone who can retrieve it.
So hitlery, obama, the FBI, the DOJ, and the DNC can go suck it. Turnabout is fair play.

I wonder how much of this hack and release has some connection to Kim Dotcom. His tweets since Friday suggest this is just the beginning and that something special is planned for Hillary’s birthday in October, pointing out that his house was raided on his birthday in 2011.

There was very little or no coverage of the fact that she only went public because she feared for her safety.
Thus was the bent one allowed to get away with multiple counts of first-degree murder, as well as many other crimes.
Bingo! They want to shift the focus so as to put a smokescreen over the damaging content of the emails. Also likely hoping that an “investigation” will discourage further leaks.
Bottom line: FBI is helping Hillary with damage control.
Something tells me that in this email investigation, the FBI agents won’t be forced to wear blinders, muzzles, and handcuffs. The FBI director won’t have to create a spin that no one with a living brain cell believes.
