Country’s that are attact by Islamic terrorists and deny the attack was based on radical Islam only put their citizens at greater risk. Because they will keep attacking until you can’t deny who is attacking.
The correct course is to place the blame as soon ss possible thereby having a greater impact and decrease support for these radicals.
