The way it doesn’t work is by drip drip dripping.
The way it works is to drop THE bombshell. The one or two e-mails that prove beyond a shadow of a reasonable doubt the criminality.
A “bombshell” is no good without establishing context first. For example, the Dems themselves admitted the recent dump of emails was genuine. In that context, the later, more damaging emails promised will be looked at as genuine as well.
