Yep, John Ashe, former president of the UN General Assembly. First reported as a heart attack, later changed to a crushed throat due to a weight lifting accident.
He was a couple of days from testifying after being accused of involvement in a $1.3m bribery case with ties to the CGI and the ChiComs.
