I will, of course, support and vote for Trump. I would certainly hate to see Hillary elected, though, due to actions from a sore winner. Hillary is the enemy, not Cruz and Kasich. Any time, money and effort whining about them is counter productive.
Disagree.
Your argument is like saying you can't walk and chew gum at the same time.
It is time to once and for all end #NEVERTRUMP. If it takes talk of a super PAC bent on destroying the careers of those throwing monkey wrenches into the campaign's spokes, and result in Trump losing, and Hillary winning, then we should all be for it.
Seriously? If Hillary, who your correctly say is the enemy, is SUPPORTED by Cruz and Kasich, how can they not also be considered an enemy? Do you seriously think giving an interview to NBC News about how awful Trump is and how he's not going to win is helpful to Trump--or Hillary?
As far as effectiveness goes, Kasich is already talking about the possibility of endorsing Trump.
The proof is in the pudding. Productive, not counter productive.
ABC levels harsh charge, that Trump's NATO stance (conditional assistance to members) assists ISIS. Manafort says the ISIS danger is due to Obama's and Clinton's actions, not Trump's actions. The lawlessness and terrorism are due to Obama and Clinton policies, failed leadership.
Manafort points out that Trump's stance is that NATO is a two-way street, this is not controversial. US weakness creates a chaotic world.
ABC floats claim that Russia behind Wikileaks, which means there is a tie between Putin and the Trump campaign. LOL. Stephanopolis said that with a straight face. Wants a congressional investigation into whether Putin is interfering with the US election (wikileaks). Bill Kristol claim, there are ties between Putin and the Trump campaign. Funny stuff.
On the "dark tone" of the acceptance speech - Manafort delivers a good rebuttal, says that Trump laid out what he was going to do, trade deals, energy policy, tax cuts, regulation cuts, health care, veterans rights ... on and on he talked solutions, this is not dark, except to DEMs.
Are you really going to spend time in Connecticut and Oregon? Yes, says Manafort, the GOP map is expanding, CT is shown as a tie right now. The DEM coalition is not cracking, it is broken.
Speculation that Roger Ailes is going to be advising the Trump campaign. is that true? Manafort doesn't know, but says Ailes will be missed at FoxNews (not necessariily by the workers there, but the "fair and balanced" delivery).
Yes, the war would be most unpleasant.
‘Any time, money and effort whining about them is counter productive.’
Your Trump hate occludes your perception. Trump has said in so many words that besting Hillary is the priority. But he was asked what the future might hold for Cruz and Kasich, and he gave a short, straightforward answer. Whining is the mirror opposite of what he did. Your mischaracterization is egregious.
