Yes, but on the other hand he could outsource this to an independent consultant, kind of on the same principle that the head coach never engages in butt-kicking on the practice field, have the assistants take care of that.

A consultant who has experience in calling in mass numbers of people and saying "Blahblahblah, pack your desks and get out!"

First and foremost, the Justice Department...scorched earth. Loretta Lynch should polish up her resume now.
