If my math is correct:
in 2009, this creep was 11 and he was prosecuted for theft........
in 2010, he was 12 and was prosecuted for disorderly conduct....
in 2013 he was 15 & was prosecuted for attacking a school employee.
He is now 18 & is accused of participating in killing a veteran police officer.
