Even if the majority of the nation passes a constitutional amendment to ban something that NATURAL LAW and COMMON SENSE say otherwise, the people will find a way to do exactly that times ten. Now being illegal, behaviors associated with this illogical illegality will also abound, which will be another degree of other illegal activity. Such a bootlegging, speak-easy’s and rum-running. the justice system will be so clogged that it will become paralyzed so for other real serious crimes there will no law enforcement resources left to go after those infractions. The whole system implodes.

What happened with prohibition.
