He doesn’t leave the house, he is stuck in the Bolivian Embassy in London. If he comes out he gets arrested. He’s been in there for years claiming asylum.

Assange has since remained in Embassy of Ecuador in London, unable to leave without being arrested for breaching his bail conditions

I don’t think he can because he’s under a order for extradition to Sweden. If Asange does cripple Hilary, Trump needs to help him. A Presiddent could do that.
