What language do you think they speak in the background? To me, neither sounded Bavarian.

I can’t make out the background language very well. But the guy yelling is almost 100% lifelong Bavarian.
To my knowledge, my SIL is still “bunkered down” by the Polizei at Stachus. Good times. Wife and I decided not to go visit family in Munich area this summer because of risk of terrorism. Unfortunately, it looks like we were right.
