Yes, yes, a thousand times YES. The access he craves, the name dropping, the invitations, all came from who? The party establishment. The Bush machine. The very machine which is taking such damage from Trump, that hopefully it and all its works will be erased. Of COURSE Rush is tepid and passive aggressive towards the one who has derailed his go along to get along train.
