If he did not have a Magic Blue Costume on at the time he would be charged with:
1.Assault with a Deadly Weapon
2.Attempted Murder
3.Attempted Manslaughter
4.Using a Firearm during the Commission of a Violent Felony
5.Kidnapping, With Special Circumstances of using a Firearm during a Kidnapping.
This is a Bare Minimum List that EVERY OTHER CITIZEN WOULD BE CHARGED WITH!
