The homeowner has been convicted of “excessive self-defense and attempted manslaughter,” Helsinki news reports. He will serve an unconditional sentence for four years and two months, which he has to spend in prison. The man also has to pay damages to his attackers, with the fine totaling €21,000 (US$23,000). The newspaper does not provide information on the severity of injuries sustained by the home-invaders, however, it is known that they survived the event.

This may come as a surprise to you, but the Finns were never part of NATO. So we weren’t covering their defense costs.
The Soviets in the Cold War era were probably skittish about taking on the Finns due to their Winter War experience in 1939-40.
So when did they become such wussies?
Well heck, if they are going to jail you for defending your own life, you might as well kill every last one.
Sometimes society reaches a point where those who rule must be taught a lesson....looks like the Fins are fast approaching.

But once upon a time the Romans conquered the known world, Scandinavians were the terror of western Europe, and Mongols controlled all of Asia and Britain controlled the globe.
Why do populations go from great to pathetic, mediocre and emasculated?
Maybe at some point the sum total of masculine genes are lost through too many wars and what you are left with we see in western Europe today.
