I was watching NBC. I was flabbergasted that the very first thing Brokaw said after the end was remark “It was a dark speech.” In no way did that sound like a spontaneous reaction to what he had just heard. There is NO WAY a rarional human being would conflate “dark” with that speech. This was clearly planned in advance as you say. I then switched to CSPAN (where I should have been all along).
Exactly! It is just one word but its use was so instantaneous and complete that it speaks volumes about what is going on...... Let's put it this way, was there a single democratic shill talking head on tv last light who did not use the word 'dark' immediately after the speech? I think the answer is a resounding no. It says a) they all got their talking points at the exact same time and b) that any pretense of subjectivity is absolutely gone. They used to at least have some semblance of pretense but that vanished instantly last night the second that Trump switched off the mic.... why not officially change their name to Clinton News Network for CNN, Nothing But Clintons for NBC and so on? Why shouldn't they make it official?
I bet if you dig you can find this all traced to an email coming out of one of Hillary’s servers telling them all to use the term dark.
That the word “dark” was the key in all of the MSM’s coverage of the speech is laughable and so transparent. It should be seen as such by even the most stupid of the viewers.
But, alas....
