It's the final day of the 2016 RNC convention and Ivanka Trump, daughter of GOP nominee Donald Trump, is getting ready to take the stage tonight and present her father to the nation in a way nobody else can.
During an interview with Fox News' Ainsley Earhart Thursday morning, Ivanka previewed her remarks and discussed her relationship with her father growing up and as a young executive in his company.
"It's an unbelievable opportunity for me to be able to present to this country my father as I know him both a capacity obviously as a great personal mentor to me and an amazing father," she said. "We speak candidly to one another, we offer our opinions to each other solicited or otherwise and do so privately. We share our thoughts and feelings with him. He's incredibly respectful. More often than not we agree but when we disagree he hears us out and ultimately draws his own conclusion."
Ivanka was asked about rules she had growing up and how she came to be who she is today. She described the accessibility of her father, even in his busiest years, and how she used to call him collect from a payphone everyday at school. He always answered.
"No tattoos, no piercings outside of the ears, there were a lot of rules," Ivanka described about growing up in the Trump household. "But I think more than everything he really tried to lead us by example. He was a disciplinarian but I could get around it often (laughs). Once in awhile I'd find my way through."

Ivanka also sat down for a lengthier interview with Sean Hannity last night.
An actual daughter who respects her father and seems to have a good moral compass, what a concept. Beauty and brains...what a combination. Her inner beauty is just as appealing and will long survive when her outward appearance fades. She reminds me of my Wife. Yes, I lucked out...I’m still surprised.
Stop. It’s not good for a man of my age to look at that. Makes me feel like a perv...haha.
Maybe Moochie will stay on as Ivanka’s fashion consultant :-)

Couldn't agree more. I so long for the '50's, although without the racial discrimination. They were simple wholesome times. Although I was born in 1950, I came of age in the 60's and learned to appreciate the 50's era as the over-indulged hippies made a mess of America and wasted 58 thousand lives in Viet Nam (not to mention the thousands of injured that get little recognition). I hated them then and still do since they took over our education system to produce more liberal/socialist hippies. Sorry, end rant.
OK, freepers, I need help. FB people in my feed are saying none of the Trump kids OR Melania is registered Republican. I can’t find anything doing a search....anyone help me find out??? The holier than thou “vote your conscience” ones are those saying this. YES, I know they couldn’t vote in the Primary...but NOW???
I hate such. I don't mind some tasteful flower or heart somewhere, but "tramp stamps" across the lower back are gawdy and just that...trampish.

You just know Megyn is going to be showing a lot of skin tonight and have her make-up and hair all dialed up. Ivanka could show up in a feed sack and be more poised, polished and classy. Besides, personality outshines wardrobe.
