If Kaine is the choice then that must mean that Clinton expects him to hold the center while she can either attract all of the progressives and the Sanders supporters on her own or she believes that Trump will scare them all into voting for her. I think she is badly mistaken in that.

On the other hand this time last week a lot of people were positive that Newt or Christie would be Trump's pick so one might take this with a large grain of salt.
