I watched the video and didn't see the actual shooting. However, unless the therapist did something radically different than what he was doing in the clip I saw, I would agree that the cop messed up big time.
Since the guy was only wounded, I wonder why they aren't showing the actual shooting... or did I miss it?
Why do you say it’s on video? Maybe you shouldn’t believe/perpetuate everything you read.
