If he was as principled as we would have us believe, he would have stayed home.
This was not the venue for him to take his “principled” stand. Trump was nominated. Pence was nominated. It was Pence’s night.
“Vote your conscience” are the three words used by everyone who tried to unbind the delegates. Ted did not use those words to explain how important it was to vote because in the context of the convention it means one thing—Never Trump.
Cruz might as well have said ‘Never Trump.’

At least, John Kasich is staying away from RNC...That is better than showing up and not endorsing Trump.
Cruz is still upset about attacks on his family...Come on, Senator...Politics could get really nasty at times...Could you not set aside your feelings for the good of the country? I am disappointed with the guy...Hillary’s victory is not good for the country...
