The SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE isn't in the Constitution;

I never said it was.

It ONLY appears in Jefferson's letter to the head guys, who had written him a letter first, of the Danbury Baptist Church.

So, are his opinions codified into law somewhere, that we must obey?

The ONLY thing in the Constitution is, as I'm sure you know,*snicker*, is about freedom to practice religion.

No, the "establishment clause" is absolutely in the Constitution:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion...

And contrary to what you stated, Congress can regulate or restrict neither the states nor the people in matters of religion:

...or prohibiting the free exercise thereof

There were NO Muslim communities here, back then; NONE!

No FM...Sherlock.

Tsk, tsk, tsk...you didn't like my DETAILED explanations, so I wrote broad brush, very dumbed down nothingburgers for you; as you started out to do to me and another poster. LOL...you want it both ways to Sunday, I guess.

You queried me about Muslims, I answered you; no need to get snarky. Who peed in your dinner?
