Have you ever considered being videotaped expounding on your vast knowledge, nopardons?

I say this seriously. I was just thinking that your grandchild’s children and their children, etc. would be so thrilled to hear their ancestor schooling them on history, religion, politics, etc. I can’t imagine a more wonderful gift to them, a beautiful legacy of their ancestor (YOU!).

No, but I am writing journals, for my grandson, about what life was REALLY like when I was growing up, family stories, family history, and for real, unadulterated American history.

My s-i-l wanted me to have a site, on which to expound, but I'm severely non-techie, don't want to moderate a site, and don't think that anyone would care about my disjointed spewings about whatever hit me that day. LOL

I was very lucky and grew up in a family that never talked down to children, but told me all kinds of wonderful stories, many of which were factual history lessons. :-)
