Not true. I saw Hannity and he basically called Cruz a turn coat for not endorsing. He kept bringing up with each guest he had on. He did not ignore it he rehashed it over and over..

I think Donald Trump learned a few things getting things built in New York. He’s no doubt had to deal with the mafia from time to time to get things done, and to them, a man’s word is everything. Trump knows this, and allowed Ted to show himself for what he is, a man without honor.
