Inasmuch as it's a high probability that Erdogan incited or faked the coup to be able to clean house of 60k+ of his political adversaries, it seems likely he's got further designs that need to be anticipated.
Let's not forget how quickly Barry said we should all support Erdogan, who's long envisioned himself as the Caliph.
