Ok, so let Cruz come out and do his whiny offended sore loser best.

Then sit back and listen to those who follow his martyr act graciously/forcefully/unapologetically take his sorry ass apart on national TV.

The humiliation should be enough to end his delusions, and his mewling backstabbing won't affect DJT's numbers in the least.
