I think Donald just let Teddy hang himself.

I have come to the same conclusion.

Trump knows people--he has seen them all.

And he had Ted's number a long time ago.

Any damage Ted thought he was inflicting on Trump is fleeting.

The damage Ted did to himself is permanent.
