It’s a strange thing. A lot of very successful business of today will reach a point where the Board of Directors are no longer all that interested in making a profit. Examples include Target Stores; Who have angered thousands of customers with their Genderfree Bathroom rules. Another example includes local colleges and universities who allow BLM to take over and scream racist threats at white students.
Why do they allow this, knowing less people will want to stay and pay for that school. That brings us to FoxNews. It would not be surprising for James Murdoch to take over at Fox, watch the ratings plummet,cause his elderly dad to have a stroke, but still not be fired for mismanagement.
The shareholders would have to do that indirectly. James Murdoch would continue to feel in the right, (ironically) because he never believed in the old was Fox was run or the things it stood for. In short, James wants to deflate the American’s favorite channel, because he thinks it’s unfair to the left, or some such nonsense.
The liberal board of directors are on each other’s boards. Echo Chambers.
