On Twitter people have spliced the two speeches to play at the same time and they are too identical not to have been plagiarism. I am dismayed at FReepers who accept wrongdoing if it’s our guy. Is the other side less moral and good? Definitely. Does that mean we can lie and steal? No.
Stop making excuses, those here who are. This was wrong and we should make it right.
Someone needs to come clean that this was a steal and a head should roll.

I guarantee Melania and Donald Trump knew the plagiarism was there. NOT AN ACCIDENT.
Why did they do it?
1. To help control a news cycle, with limited shelf space.
2. So people remember how they felt about Michelle that night, and how they feel now.
3. So hopefully the press will run split screen comparing the two women— I LIKE THAT MATCHUP

I haven’t watched or listened to either speech nor do I intend to. Neither speech will be a factor in my support or opposition to presidential contenders.
