I've always taught that plagiarism is stealing from one person.....Research is stealing from many people. <-—and that is plagiarized. ;)

There’s a difference between “stealing” the idea and stealing the words. That’s the crucial difference. Idea theft is rampant and legal (except for patented ideas). It can’t be defined or regulated. Borrowing of language can be.

But I don’t think there is a legal issue here anyway. It’s more of the same old: vilify and demonize the other political side.

I am so tired of it at this point.
