Adding that I don’t think anyone did it intentionally for any reason. I don’t think Trump or anyone else was trying to make some obscure point. It was just poor speechwriting.

Trump believes (and probably rightly so) that any publicity is good publicity.
This was planned 100%. Nothing Trump does is by accident.
Meanwhile Hillary has probably spent another 50 million that everyone ignored.
