Donald Trump has been one of the most profusely reported-on private citizens for, oh, the last thirty years or so, in every part of the news with the possible exception of weather. And by no means always favorably. If you weren’t able to take that history and yours and make the case that you were a better candidate, such that you were able to beat him, that’s not his fault, nor the press’, nor Trump voters.
