Cruz should realize that if we don’t defeat the leftists now it won’t be possible for him to even run in 2020, let alone win. Selfish.
There’s been a whole lot of innuendo and talk, but not much direct proof that Cruz was somehow directing efforts behind the scenes.
I understand what you are referencing specific to the shenanigans going on at the convention floor and backrooms. However, it does not erase my disgust and disappointment with how he responded to losing. He could have had class and been a team player instead of acting like a lawyer. He could have moved forward as part of a team and contributed. He would have also increased his stature within the party moving forward, but he didn’t.
In the end, he pouted like a child.
