With the exception of Kristol, think all the others have a religious belief in their culty versions of Christianity,that they are to rule the world.
That is why they all seem comfortable with globalism.

If I were prone to suspicion, I would suspect that a deal was cut back in 2007 or thereabouts, whereby Hillary would be President this time around. JEB would be the nominee and lose gracefully like McCain and Romney did. The gravy would be shared out as agreed and everyone would be happy. Trump is screwing that up.
