I think Beck gambled his radio and TV empire by betting on Cruz, and leeching onto Cruz in hopes of future glory.
Cruz bought into it; including Beck’s claim of an inside track with The Almighty. As things began to crumble; pwith Cruz getting caught lying and cheating in Iowa, and lying by twisting and paraphrasing of Trump positions and statements; Beck himself began doing offthewall crazy stuff which only drove more people from Cruz to Trump.
And that’s how we got to where we are today.

Hmm...that would have required a temple dunking in Salt Lake City, so I suppose not. Oh, well...
There were a number of so-called conservatives in congress and in the media, during this past primary season, who were exposed as frauds. The honest truth is that conservatism doesn’t exist in congress, or in talk radio/media. It is found only with us in the grassroots. When this election cycle ends we’re going to have to do a serious re-examination of the entire conservative movement in America.
