I don’t doubt they could get a lot of planes in the air in short notice, queueing them up, taking off two by two.

Wouldn’t a couple of bombs on the runway prevent takeoffs and landings?
I don’t have a military background but doesn’t look like much protection for the personel.
Would the bombs be inactivated in circumstances like this or would there be hesitancy until maybe too late.
If Turkey is going rogue this is how it could start. I don’t expect them to say “Next week we are going to start a war.”
