I’ve been holding my nose and watching CNN. They are running a very interesting series on Presidential races over time. Lincoln-Douglas, Dewey-Truman, John Quincy Adams-Andrew Jackson. The dirty politics of today, have their roots in the dirty politics of yesterday.

Melania has said raising her son Barron, 10, has taken precedence to crisscrossing the country with Trump during the campaign, but her non-appearances on the trail have been notable. On Wednesday morning, she did not join her husband and his children for a meeting with Pence and his wife Karen at their home in Indiana.
