I wonder if this was a Freudian slip because she sure as heck can’t run the country and will need to pick a VP that can.
I think it's obvious that the capability to run the country is not a requirement for election. See Obama/Biden, and for that matter, most of the cabinet. 95% incompetent, and it shows. Bad as she is, Hillary is more competent than Obama, and he was elected, twice.
