This is starting to demonstrate that Comey did not inform Lynch or Obama that he was going to air all the evidence and then claim no recommendation, because even if he did recommend an indictment, Lynch would never go against party politics. It is becoming clear that Comey aired the evidence because he knew that Lynch would never release anything and then point to his recommendation of no indictment. Comey was pulling a cover-your-ass move.

Lynch was going to bury the Clinton e mail investigation so deeply in Grand Jury secrecy that the facts of the would not see the light of day for 30 years

Lynch thought she had her FBI leaks plugged up and under control by the secrecy agreement she made the FBI investigators sign.

Comey exposed the basic facts of the case and then kept it out of the grand jury

The investigation is now concluded so the shroud of secrecy is no longer needed.

Much of the information could be available legally via FOIA filings so the FBI may be able to release the non secret info to the public without FBI agents having to risk lie detectors and firing for leaking info in violation of the draconian Lynch secrecy agreements she made the agents sign
