Perfect example. Another unmarked car boxed my daughter between it and a slow semi-trailer on an I-77 downgrade at an unsafe following distance.
It then dropped back just enough to allow her to pass the truck, then nailed her for speeding. It is a cottage industry in that part of Virginia.
