Focusing on adherence to non-US LAW should pass Constitutional scrutiny.

That's why Newt's talking about Sharia law. Adherence to Sharia is incompatible with being American.

People with that belief system can no more live here in freedom than people who believe in cannibalism - killing and eating their neighbors - can live here freely.
