No we weren’t concerned. The democrat lead congress, the NYT, MSNBC, and CNN operating during Bush’s presidency used it as a daily bludgeon against him. Along with yellow cake, Valerie BLAME, no WMDs in Iraq, Cindy Sheehan, waterboarding, they created a myth which made it impossible for Bush to prosecute a successful war. In fact, if Bush would have been allowed to lead, Syria and Iran would either be gone or contained today and ISIS would have never existed. Instead, Obama pulled out, intentionally to allow the Muslim Brotherhood to morph into ISIS. The USA had everything we needed to control the ME, Iraq. Obama gave it back.
