Reminds me when racist blacks (yeah, I know it’s impossible for them to exist) back in the ‘60’s threw around the term “honkie” in an attempt to denigrate (whoops!) whites. Yawn - never caught on, nobody gave a rip - you can’t insult people if there’s no real basis for the insult.
This silliness is exactly the same thing. Don’t know why this Ali person feels inferior, but pseudoscientific babbling about melanin isn’t going to make any caucasians feel ashamed, so if he/she/xt needs to pull down others to feel better, he/she/xt is going to have to come up with a better game plan. Not really expecting one, though.
If anything, white people took “honky” as a joke, not even grasping the bitterness harbored by those that hurled it.
