Apparently Officer Grabinski has never been to a theme park - everybody knows when you go tubing you always end up where you started.
I honestly thought this was the start of a blonde joke
Plus, they were tubing the Escher River after all.
Evidently their only tubing experience to date has been in water parks - where the rivers really do go around in a circle. With restrooms and refreshments always nearby.
Reminds me of the time my son had friends spending the night. They used paper (not plastic or styrofoam) plates for their snacks. My son told one we washed our paper plates, we never threw them away.
Poor boy retrieved the paper plate from the trash and washed it. :-)
Reminds me of when I would participate in airshows. The Prowler has a refueling probe in front of the cockpit and when people would ask what it was, we would tell them it was our periscope.
ROTFLOL!
I understand for their next outdoor adventure they are going Snipe hunting....
How does one live more than 20 years and not learn that water flows downhill?!?!
Yep. Think water parks and their tubing “lazy rivers.” After all, they circle back around... This is probably the source of their gullibility.
Still, grownups should know that rivers all flow to the ocean. I think that’s taught in 3rd grade or something. This sort of thing is a profound indictment of our educational/indoctrinational system.
I dated a girl that I convinced...
... If you put a twinkie in a bowl of water it will expand to be huge. Filling and all.
... If you put a cigarette under the water faucet and get the water hot enough it will light it
... If you wrap your hand around an egg perfectly, you can’t crush it.
The river goes in a circle... Oh, boy!
Man... all you need is the Jimmy Castor bunch playing in the background.
Must be blondes.
Let me make a wild guess:
BLONDS?.............................
Well I be damned!
Not one of the trio is blond.
No, just women.
19th Amendment, big mistake.
“He estimated they had traveled roughly 3 miles.”
And they didn’t know to walk back, because they thought rivers flow in circles...
