A guest on Fox just read an ISIS plan from 2010 about using a truck to mow down crowds. They said carry guns for when the truck stalls, then start shooting. The French police stopped that part.
It does appear they did something other than wave a surrender flag.....

A buck late, the video shown most on Fox shows the truck putting along at about 20 mph then accelerating for the kill. Sad part is seeing multiple cops chasing on foot whom appear they are going to try to take out the truck with their bare hands, not a weapon to be seen.
