Mike Lee, UT and Morton Blackwell, VA made motion to strike Rule 12 from 2012, a rule that allows RNC to amend previously adopted rules by a 3/4ths vote. (I think this is the rule pushed by Romney last time so they could prevent Rand Paul from getting more control on the floor, or something like that. Y’all correct me if I’m wrong about that).
Amendment FAILED, 86 to 23.

He does not give a damn about the “conservative grassroots”. this little cabal is a group of effete elites that are used to electing their own useless idiot and telling the rest of the voters (you) you MUST vote for them you have no choice.
