It will be interesting to see what happens with their respective 'convention bumps'. I'm expecting that Hillary will not get much of one (but the press will spin hard to make it seem to be there) and it will fade to a decrease within a week. Not sure about Trump. It depends on the behavior of the GOPe mugs he's giving speaking slots to. If they back-stab then that will be the story for a week. If they fall in line, then Trump gets a good bump that holds.

Much also depends on what happens in the streets outside the conventions. Most of what we can anticipate will redound to Trump's benefit.

They have a night dedicated to Benghazi, that,if I’m not mistaken a night to Bill Clinton’s sex exploits.
That is a mistake, that will just turn people off, there should be a night dedicated to Hillary and Bills crooked foundation, that would spur an investigation that needs to be had and let the majority of dolts who nothing about it some insight

There is a lot more press and interest in who Trump will select as VP than who Hillary will pick.

The problem that is Hillary has is that she will have to give a speech at the convention...the true believers will love it, of course...but most people are generally turned off by her. That’s why she doesn’t give press conferences, never allows a hostile interviewer near her, and lets Bubba and Chelsea do the heavy lifting in the campaign...while she speaks to teacher unions in school gymnasiums.

I doubt she gets much of a bump at the convention.

Trump’s bump? It will likely be the most watched acceptance speech in history...and he will likely get a bump.

Personally, I’m relishing the first debate.
