Sterling (June 14, 1979 – July 5, 2016) was known locally in Baton Rouge as “CD Man”.[1] He had a criminal record that included violent offenses and a 2009 conviction for carrying a firearm while in possession of a controlled substance.[1][2] A 2009 affidavit of probable cause says that he actively resisted arrest and a “black semi auto gun” fell from his waistband as the arresting officer wrestled him on the ground. The officer was eventually able to arrest him.[3]

>> a “black semi auto gun” fell from his waistband<<

I saw a video where an officer removed a handgun from his right hand pants pocket also. Why isn’t that mentioned?
