I was in the tenth grade in 1966 and I wondered “How thick will the history books be in 50 years”. Now I know. Thinner and thinner because they simple leave stuff out.
Under common core they stop about 1920. It is the damnedest attempt to ignore history you can imagine. It is is insidious rejection of the infinite contribution of the white male to this country. Check it out.
